Debuting in Raf Simons Autumn 2003 ‘Closer’ collection, this holy grail features the album cover from New Order’s 1983 studio album ‘Power Corruption Lies’. Originally designed by English artist Peter Saville, this season Simons’ would employ the creative’s work across four different parkas at the end of the show - each of which were hand painted by Saville himself. All of these overcoats have since achieved museum tier status among archivists alike, as a physical trophy of Raf Simons’ design ingenuity. Tagged as a size 48, in good condition aside from light markings on the chest and underside.
